This started about 15 years ago.

I got into “clean” everything. Food, skincare, makeup. If it went on or in my body, I wanted to know what it was.

At the time, it felt like I was doing everything right.

And still… something was off.

Constant bloating. Hormones all over the place. My body didn’t feel like mine.

So I tried to fix it.

Doctor after doctor. Test after test. Diets, supplements, all of it.

$20K later. Seven doctors.

No answers.

Until 2025, when I finally got one: Stage IV endometriosis.

I had my surgery. Then another decision came fast.

The recommendation was to remove my ovaries and uterus, and go straight into menopause.

At 42.

Eight weeks later, I had my second surgery. I woke up, and everything had changed.

The estrogen patches helped.

The residue they left behind? Every. Single. Time.

It made me feel gross. And I was already dealing with enough.

I didn’t want to see it. I definitely didn’t want to deal with it twice a week.

I tried scrubbing it off. Rash.
Tried rubbing alcohol. Hard no.
