About 15 years ago, I got into “clean” everything. Food, skincare, makeup. If it went on or in my body, I wanted to know what it was.
At the time, it felt like I was doing everything right.
And still… something was off.
Constant bloating. Hormones all over the place. My body didn’t feel like mine.
So I tried to fix it.
7 Doctors and $20K later
I finally got my answer in 2025: Stage IV endometriosis.
I had surgery. Then another decision came fast.
Remove my ovaries and uterus — and go straight into medical menopause.
At 42.
Eight weeks later, I woke up from my second surgery, and everything had changed.
